ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନ ରାଜଧାନୀ କାବୁଲ ନିକଟରେ ତାଲିବାନ । ଯେ କୌଣସି ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତରେ ସହରକୁ କବଜା କରିବାର ରହିଛି ସମ୍ଭାବନା । ପଲ-ଇ-ଆଲାମ ସହରକୁ ନିଜ ଦଖଲକୁ ନେଇଛି ତାଲିବାନ । ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ନେଇ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଅଶରଫ ଘନିଙ୍କ ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢ଼ିଗଲାଣି । ସେପଟେ ଅମାନବୀୟ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ଲାଗି ତାଲିବାନକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଜାତିସଂଘ ମହାସଚିବ ଆଣ୍ଟୋନିଓ ଗୁଟେରସ । ସାମରିକ ବଳ ଜରିଆରେ କ୍ଷମତା ଦଖଲ ନୈତିକତା ବିରୋଧୀ ଏହଂ ଦେଶରେ ଗୃହଯୁଦ୍ଧ ସ୍ଥିତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ସେପଟେ କାବୁଲରୁ ଆମେରିକା ସମେତ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶଗୁଡିକର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଦୂତ ମାନେ ଦୂତବାସ ଛାଡିଦେଲେଣି । ଲାଗୁଛି ଆଉ କିଛି ଦିନ ଭିତରେ କାବୁଲକୁ ନିଜ ଅକ୍ତିଆରକୁ ନେଇଯିବ ତାଲିବାନ । ମୋଟ୍ ୩୪ଟି ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରୁ ୧୮ଟି କବଜା କରିସାରିଲାଣି ତାଲିବାନ ସେନା ।
ବନ୍ଧୁକ ଦେଖାଇ, ହିଂସାକାଣ୍ଡ ଭିଆଇ ଆତଙ୍କ ଖେଳାଇ ଚାଲିଛି ତାଲିବାନ । ଫଳରେ ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନର ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ପୋଲିସ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ତାଲିବାନ ନିକଟରେ ଆତ୍ମସମର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ତାଲିବାନ ବିଶେଷ କରି ମହିଳା ଓ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରୁଛି । ୧୫ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଝିଅଙ୍କ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଲାଗି ତାଲିବାନର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ପରେ ଦେଶରେ କୋକୁଆ ଭୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ସେପଟେ ତାଲିବାନ କାବୁଲର ଚାରିପଟେ ଘେରାବନ୍ଦୀ କରିସାରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଶହ ଶହ ଶରଣାର୍ଥୀ ଜୀବନ ବିକଳରେ ସହର ଛାଡି ଚାଲିଯାଉଥିବା ଦେଖାଯାଉଛି । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଲାଗି ୩ ହଜାର ଆମେରିକୀୟ ସୈନ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ମୁତୟନ କରାଯାଉଛି । ଏହାରି ଭିତରେ ବ୍ରିଟେନ, ଜର୍ମାନୀ, ଡେନମାର୍କ ଓ ସ୍ପେନ ନିଜ ନିଜର ଦୂତାବାସ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରି ନେଇଛି । ତାଲିବାନୀ ସେନାର ନିର୍ଯାତନାରେ ଅତିଷ୍ଠ ହୋଇ ଲୋକେ ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନ ଛାଡି ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଓ କାଜକିସ୍ତାନ ସୀମାରେ ଅନାଇ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ୧୨ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧ୍ୱର୍ ଝିଅମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାଲିବାନୀ ଯୌନଦାସୀ ବନାଉଥିବା ନେଇ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହେଉଛି ।
